bluefries... u managed to turn it off? yes... there was once i called and a CS girl said that if my balance is under RM3, i'll receive tat message... well, i'm OK wif it... then i tried my dad's hp and make a call to mine and YET it still haf... hmm... again i called up Celcom Helpline and this time the CS guy said tat it can't be turn off...

so in conclusion... can it be done not??

of all those postpaid plans now... maxis is de most expensive ones around... it used to be celcom and now celcom is really catching up... good job! de CEP plan is very attractive indeed... tho might still be slightly more than digi (i wud say and i'm oso a digi users too...) but their reception are better in most area... pay for wat u get lor...
