for postpaid user .. how can i know which plan i use? because i got the sim from my father .. and he said he forgot which plan is it .. how ar?

i want ask some question .. my dad paying the bill almost rm250++ per month .. i donno la which plan that he use it .. izzit better if i suggest to him to change to the executive plan?
