What country did you called? Did you use yhe 131 method?

I take back what I said.  It is the same rate as Digi and Maxis for some countries.

Hi guys, I just browsed Celcom website and noted that the call rate for Xpax Mid Plan to Telekom numbers in non-adjacent areas within Malaysia is RM2.60 per minute, is this the latest rate? looks still kind of expensive

yup. new starter pack. cannot reg ur current number i think. i asked already, they say cannot. coz this pack is not for life time, like i said, it is only for 18-25yrs old.

now im using two number and both are celcom, but this pack is really 'saving' u know. 

3.5G is still crap whether Maxis or Celcom. Coverage is pretty limited in Klang Valley. But if u're in PENANG, go for 3.5G. With investment of usb data card( RM800 - RM1299) plus RM120/month for 3.5G access, u won't regret.

just buy xpax stater pack.. waiting for activation and tomorrow buy new handphone for my celcom number. yeah!! 

tomorrow onwards celcom is my primary number. feel great!
