aiseh, nothing too good as most people expected. No new interesting and cheaper rates been introduced to prepaid or postpaid instead of another money sucking services.

yes, of course u can keep the same number... just need to change the sim card, and u can ask them to transfer all the data from the old sim to the 3G sim.

Advice for those who are upgrading from unlimited GPRS to unlimited 3G.

Make sure that you specify upgrade to unlimited 3G also. My friend was using the unlimited GPRS using the normal SIM Card. Then she went to change her card to 3G. She assumed that the service counter knew what to do i.e. upgrading to 3G card also means upgrading to unlimited 3G. She was surprised to learn that her bill shot up to RM2,000 within 4 days and they barred her line. Even after barring her line her usage shot up to another RM3,000 within one day even without her using it.

how come not using still charge? even if on unlimited 3G.. the charges, if i'm not mistaken.. only rm99 per month rite? how come leh sampi ribu2?

That is also what I'm wondering also! I assume unlimited GPRS also means unlimited 3G and to the average customer that is what they will also assume. Their customer service should know better. Anyway, she already gave them a piece of her mind (shouted at them, cursed them, bla... bla... bla...).

I'll ask her tomorrow what happened the last few days.
