According to Celcom CS, they said if you replied, they'll deduct RM8 from your balance.

The package I am using now is actually for corporate customers i.e. staff of corporate customers.

Access Fee = RM28.00/mth
Celcom to Celcom (local/same area) = RM0.10/min
Celcom to Celcom (other areas) = RM0.25/min
Celcom to other operators (nationwide) = RM0.25/min

I only use it because they gave me a nice number (FOC) ending with 000.  For making calls, I am using the iTalk Mobile which is fixed at RM0.25/min to mobile nationwide.  This way, I only pay the monthly access fee.

Why don't you check out the Celcom PowerTools18 which has access fee of RM18.00/mth.  Of course you will have to pay for the call charges.
If you select the PowerTools38 then there is no access fee and the amount goes towards your calls.

Check it out here:

http://applications.celcom.com.my/PowerTools/packages.html

Hope you find the best option for you.

Good question! I am quite a freak with these kinds of things. I prefer to pay first instead of pay later so that I don't get any surprises. I am also using a CDMA line and using iTalk, I can call any mobile in Malaysia for RM0.15/min.

As I said before, I keep the 019 postpaid line because it is a 'VIP' number which I don't really want to loose. As for the 013 prepaid line, it is also because it is a number which I really like and has sentimental value.

Minutes Plan? Powertools? It all depends on you. You have to make the calculations yourself to see which one suits you the best.

Maybe i can suggest the better method...

Try to take Power Tool... then take supplementary line under power tool...

Calls from Supp > Principle... FOC rclxms.gif

Anyway... Principle > Supp count as 8pax rate biggrin.gif

http://applications.celcom.com.my/PowerTools/supp.html

Try consider if just want to safe cost to call gf biggrin.gif

The number might be admitted to the pool of terminated numbers if you didn't initiate a reload after 90 days from the expiry date of your airtime validity.

What kind of hidden cost? I think even the others like Digi & Maxis all have hidden cost. Maybe you can give more details so that maybe someone can explain.

My Celcom Prepaid also already registered and they gave me RM5 airtime for registering!
