QUOTE(syazone @ Oct 14 2008, 04:05 PM)
wanna ask about extend for 1 year or 2 years validity, the rm30/rm50 is something like credit that can be use for airtime or like fee, burn just for the sake of validity? kinda confuse here wink.gif
*
Copied from my previous post.

EXP1 send to 28882 - RM30 will be deducted for 1yr validity.

EXP2 send to 28882 - RM50 will be deducted for 2yrs validity.

Applicable for MID and BLUE.

T&C FOR EXP1 :
After reload RM30, you will get 6months ONLY, to get another 6months you have to reload another RM30. So total = 1yr validity after you reload RM30 (deduction) + RM30 balance.

T&C FOR EXP2 :
After reload RM50, you will get 6months ONLY, to get another 18months you have to reload another RM30. So total = 2yrs validity after you reload RM50 (deduction) + RM30 balance.

T&C for EXP1 and EXP2 :
Another RM30 balance has to reload within 6months time after activated EXP1/EXP2.

Might be wrong, correct me if I am wrong. *Did not take this info from Celcom internal site*

meaning exactly after u activate it, if we reload rm30, automatic burn for the validity la right?
*
When you active, your account must have RM30/RM50, it will deduct directly. smile.gif Then you have to reload the balance of RM30 in 6months time.

Proceed to few selected MNP Celcom branch to port-in to Celcom.

Forgotten which few is selected but 1 of them is TTDI. Menara Celcom is excluded from MNP.

mr cola. Xpax cant switch to UOX right? or i switch to digi then switch back to celcom i can get UOX?
*
Nop. Youth plan aka UOX on selected numbers only. They choose an amount of numbers to make it Youth plan and sell it all over universities, colleges, primary/secondary schools and etc. There's no way to MIG or whatever method to change from normal pack to Youth plan. smile.gif

Hmm.. Is it? I haven't update my info since I first step into Technical department. Anyway, i'll double check on that.

Most of the infos that I provided is from my friend in careline. She's on annual leave, will ask her once she come back and update you. smile.gif

Yeah, I knew MNP implemented but regarding switch to UOX, I have to ask my careline friend.

Celcom official website is not so updated yet. There is a website for internal use, that website stated that only 5branches selected for MNP. The internal web can only access in office's comps.

Will try to get back to you ASAP. blush.gif

I'm not sure. But internal websites always more updated than official. Internal for careliners whereby they has to provide accurate infos to custs and yet, internal website is updated by careliners' training department itself, for official website I'm not sure who is them.

Then you might met a new careliner. I'm in tech, I met lots of them. Didn't get any info then transfer custs to our side and such.

New careliners don't really used to the internal website yet, I think?

Haha as a Celcom's staff, I have nothing to say but if as a Celcom's customer.... *shake head* rclxub.gif

But I can tell that tech is a very well-organized dept. Every one of us gets updated, accurate infos maybe it's due to our products is all about internet/mms/wap/gprs unlike careliners. They has new products coming out almost every single week.

Setting connectiong to your PDA? Or you mean make your PDA phone as a modem to use internet via computer?

Well, first when you call to Careline they will get info(s) and transfer you to tech support. Then our agent will assist you with the setting. If you keep on got transfered here and there, i'm not really sure what happening that time. rclxub.gif

Erm.. As I know, all my team mates are professional and would never drop custs' line. I'm not helping anyone but sometimes there might be some error. Either IVR, our hardphone or softphone. It just happen. The line suddenly drop or suddenly our side could not hear custs' side, we're not sure whether cust(s) dropped the line or something goes wrong with the network.

For the golden number case, few months back I saw there is notice in our internal website shows that few really very golden number is misused internally. Those numbers actually reserved to very high management and CEO but somehow *not sure it happened internally or someone teach custs to do it* custs proceed to branch to do registration on that number, then report sim lost to get back a new sim card but actually the cust do not have the original sim. And so now our procedure changed. If cust sim lost after the number is registered but haven't active, there will be NO replacement of sim. But if you have proof that the sim is yours and you have the starter pack, there will be nothing to worry about. biggrin.gif

Hehe ok. Sorry for late reply, watching 與敵同行 EP 20 just now tongue.gif

Celcom classify golden number/special number from 4last digit. Exp : AAAA / AABB / AAAB and etc but I even saw some very normal number, but system shows Special/Golden number.

If you want to get golden/special number for postpaid, have to pay advance payment. Forgotten the amount. tongue.gif

System will shows normal number. Well, sometimes common-sense told us that the number is special/vip but system will never change. System is fixed, unlike human brain.
