guys,
do anyone know how to reset password from the web? I am unable to login due to wrong password.

1. i put in my email and phone number in.. they say cannot find my records.

2. i called to 1111, they say they are not connected to the oline service so cannot reset for me.. wtf!

3. i tried registering again in the online service, but it says my number already regitered. duh.. of course registered la, last time i used to can enter to check my bills.

i just want to see my bills online, because my paper bills are sent to my other house in penang, and i'm in kl.
