i noticed that sms from celcom to digi postpaid charge me 15 cents while msg to digi prepaid charge me 20cents.
and i send the 2 msg at the same time. izzit related to prepaid/postpaid thingy? |

i used celcom for the past 4 years, no prob at all. but recently i send 10 sms but 9 of them failed to send. wth =.=" |
