can turn it off? i've called 1111 and it said it cant be turn off... duH! annoying... bluefries... u managed to turn it off? yes... there was once i called and a CS girl said that if my balance is under RM3, i'll receive tat message... well, i'm OK wif it... then i tried my dad's hp and make a call to mine and YET it still haf... hmm... again i called up Celcom Helpline and this time the CS guy said tat it can't be turn off... so in conclusion... can it be done not??

har..i manage to turn off ...i just called them last time..to turn it off... maybe they change policy..
damm suck celcom 3G in my area..kejap ada..kejap takda

It is priority for any customer to get any number for postpaid similar to digi and maxis. You can't downgrade the no. from postpaid to prepaid.

maxis can downgrade from postpaid to prepaid lorr. believe me coz i asked them in klcc today. i've used minutes plan for so long, so many problems involved, decided to terminate it but love the number.  Added on September 3, 2007, 10:53 pmIf celcom CAN'T downgrade from postpaid to prepaid, is there anyway i can transfer my celcom postpaid account to other user? Max plan not worth using,better use postpaid than max plan. Last time my friend using max plan but later change to mid plan.

New user can't change to Max plan one,Max plan is those 1st generation Celcom's prepaid user(2 Types of card system) that doesn't want to convert to new system. Max plan where got cheap! Don't forget you still need to but access fee card! That why it is called 2 card system

The two confusing and frustating card system - Network and Airtime. If you want to ensure that your line won't be cancelled, you must reload the Network portion.

I've just registered for a Maxis VP line. Cannot tahan already since Celcom didn't lower their prices for Minutes plan to fight Maxis. But I will still be using Celcom for a little while til all my contacts know about my number change. So I guess, still not farewell to you guys yet.

you guys wanna here some joke? just now i phone celcom careline asking about my data plan. the unliimited rm68. i really shock to death went that lady there said that the rm68 is for fee only. if you browsing and download you need to pay 10sen/10kB. i argue with the lady but the lady seem really confident she on the right side. she said "D99 pakage dulu mmg free suma free, tapi package yg rm68 ni untuk browsing and download kena bayar itu kami punya pakej. ada hidden charge (she admit got hidden charge WTF)". I got prove cause i record our conversation. i really feel bad and down after talk to her and i went to celcom center to seek more explanation. and at center i know that the careline lady is wrong and i've been advice to report to their superior about this lady tell me wrong info. So i called 1111 again and ask to talk to their superior. But i've been told that their superior is on meeting (wish is i not believe) the guy that answer my called rayu to me not to report to their superior on behalve of that lady. cause he said she might get fired. what do you all think? should i report or not? i really piss off with that lady. if you all hear our conversation you might also get piss cause of her ingnorance.
