After I flash my bios to F4E, finally I manage to overclock my E6300...but now I stuck at 290 x 7...damn.....

I using anabond for the thermal compound....and my temperature is like 53 - 60...around there.......using intel stock fan....but the heatsink for the mobo chip is damn hot ......the cpu heat sink like not taking much heat....

but i think my temperature damn high leh, how to make sure i fit the intel stock fan properly?

When I touch the heatsink....it just a bit warn only...not hot at all...means I din fit it properly?

just refit my HSF again, the temp drop to below 50 when idle....
