^i use Intel® Thermal Analysis Tool(TAT)
CoreTemp detect very high temp while Easy Tuner detect to low TAT in the middle |

i dont use air-cond onli kipas dinding here btw, im running at 1.33v wif speeding at 3.2Ghz ive oledi tried many way to hit 3.4Ghz stable but kenot, might need higher vcore i guess |

is ur 400 x8 stable at 1.3v onli?? should be around 1.325v to make it stable enuff |
