try to decrease the quality level. |

use adobe photoshop.
and save as jpeg... use medium quality.. the file size will get smaller a lot... not that much.. but around 30% for my kodak camera picts.. not sure abt urs.. just try it out. |

if you're using photoshop.... there's a function call "Save for web..." , use that your file size will be greatly reduce....
