What do you mean by "wet ink" pen? You mean like fountain pen?

The driest pen is the normal ballpoint. For this one, I like using the Faber Castell RX series - it is smooth and consistent and also the ink is fairly strong color (not pucat like some others).

But my favourite is still gel ink pen. A good gel ink pen is very smooth and consistent and the ink is very deep in color. Some of the gel inks also dry very fast. For this category I like the Pentel Energel pens.

totally agreed on Faber Castell RX... but i broke the ball bearing several times, causing the ink to leak. so the lesson here is, don't drop it
p.s : the pen is cheap anyway, just buy a new one

Pentel Libretto.  I believe it is marketed in this part of the world as Pentel Sterling.
There really is not that much info on this one even on the net.  More focus is given on its rollerball equivalent.  It came with decent enuff Hi-polymer pentel lead but load this with Eno 4B it really become something.
