When I was study in UTM I just use Celcom. But that uni got 3 areas which one broadband is better than the other.. Celcom is good if you stay near lingkaran dalam.. Maxis if you stay K10, KTC etc. P1 is just fair.. DiGi and YES are good overall regardless of place.
Lucky at my area Celcom is strong. 100ms on DotA2. Really smooth. Now I'm still using Celcom. 50ms  |
