As I know,
711unit,37 floors serve with 5 lifts 8 units per floor 852sf 2 rooms 2 bath 1 car park 560k rebate 16% = 470k 1092sf 3 rooms 2 bath 2 car parks 708k rebate 16% = 595k But, 711 unit on a 3.2 acre land. Consider quite high density.  |
