Another development joins the over-crowded OKR family!
Binastra has submitted their application to build 3 blocks of 37 storey serviced apartment, consisting of 711units on a 3+ acre land at Old Klang Road. The site is opposite the Petalz Residence. Location:

Currently in the process of applying DO only. Site has been cleared and squatters removed. Guess soonest also year end or early next year launched
