The sales seems pretty good, and yeah small unit all snatched up during the weekend. Bigger unit from a glance, less than 100 unit.

They are offering 16% for bare-unit and 12% semi-furnish.

I think is not sticker game. The average is rm 560 per sqf, so the take up rate is high.
