Driver cannot set up Ricoh printer, need help

I wanted to set-up a printer in my office but face with the following error message " The files installed are not valid for the selected architecture".
I am using windows 7, 32 bit operating system

you using wrong drivers? 64bit drivers instead of 32bit drivers?

you want to connect to a shared printer queue on a server or are you installing the printer directly on that win7 machine

first, download drives for the specific computer you need to install the printer on

then go to the computer and add a network printer

during installation, point the installer to downloaded driver

If you're the server admin or knows them, ask them to add 32bit driver for that printer on the server
Else, install the 32bit driver on the win7 workstation before you connect to the shared printer

'architecture' is referred to 32bit or 64bit windows.
