Hi, PM best price for H8, Q5 and Q16 both dual and quad core including shipping to KL.

Is there any major difference in performance between Q16 dual and quad core?

I'm buying it for my parents to stream some english show and maybe some taiwan/hk show (Most likely through Kodi for english show and PPS/any recommended app/add-on for TVB and Taiwan show like kangxi), is H8 sufficient?
