First of all, I have to clarify we do not sell any service related to Astro or IPTV.

Himedia is mainly selling the Android player hardware, we do not sell movies content. Our customers are using the free apps in the market to watch dramas series and live TV as you mentioned. All apps presintalled are free apps and no need to pay any subscription. Of course free stuff has no service level guaranty, you need to track the forum to get the free stuff from time to time. There are new apps developed and released occasionally, if you follow closely with the forum you will get the latest free apps shared among the forumers.

hi nicety. bought the Q6II emmc from u earlier. facing problem with Remux mkv with high bitrate and high motion scene whereby it will go slow mo. I think I have check with you before.

Will this new version have that issue too? If possible pls help to try out the below. 10minute into the movie the fight scene during the 1st Kaiju at sea will notice the effect.

i suspect yr file is corrupted. tried it on another player?

i have played many mkv, m2ts, remux, bdmv, iso on q5ii and q16 - all good, no problem.

but seen some bad ones, though. just junk it, find other.

Hi AVFAN, thanks for responding. I have try it on my laptop it was ok. I redownload another 1 and the same thing show up. Even other movie are the same. This is just 1 of the example.

that particular show, i have both 1080p mkv and bdmv, both plays fine on q5ii and q16. so, i really doubt that is due to the player.

there is one other possibility - yr hdd has some bad sectors or errors, can try to rectify it on yr pc. i say this because i had one hdd like that giving me the same kind of problem u described. you can also try this - copy the file onto another folder in the same hdd and try. if the second file plays fine, u know what it means.

I have the slowmo in quite a few movie. Whenever the warner bro logo show up i get the slowmo and it nvr fail to show up. I have tested it in multiple HDD and redownload the file multiple time still same. I use USB, E-sata also same.

Not sure if the pacific rim I have have the same bitrate as yours. All my movie r Remux 1080p with DTS-MA audio.

one last question... r u using the native player or mx or xbmc player or...?

remux bitrate is not higher than bdmv/iso 40-50gb files...

using native media player coz thats the only player support DTS-MA

with that, and what i have suggested, i can't think of what's wrong.

If not mistaken, you are downloaded the MKV ripped version which the slowmotion due to ripping issue where you noticed only when you play via hardware decoder.

Please try the original Pacific Rim Blu-Ray without ripping which is in BDMV format >45GB and test again.
