Your configuration seem correct. Try fowarding single port. Use the canyouseeme site to check that your fowarding port is open from outisde. It may caused from 192.168.1.4 firewall been blocking.

TS, your package is 2mb/512kb and TM has moved you to a Private IP as mentioned above. Anyone using < 4mb line has been moved 'quietly' to private IP.

In order to host a server from the internet you will need to have Public IP.

You need to call TM 100 and request them to move you to a Public IP address. If they ask you why, just tell them you need to run CCTV on the StreamyX.

The move will take 2-3 days. Once they had moved you to Public IP you will see your IP address change to 60.xx.xx.xxx

Only then the port forwarding will work.

I don't know if my problem is about port forwarding or not. Hope you could help me out.

I am a member of a torrent site. It was fine with downloading and uploading torrents from that site. However, lately I've been observing that I can only download but not upload torrents from that site, but I can still upload other torrents from other sites. I've been trying to solve the problem so that I could upload torrents of that site again. Someone in the forum of that side mentioned problems of port forwarding, but I have no clue how to manage it.

I would appreciate any help

If you are running any AntiVirus with Internet protection, you may want to try to disable the AV temporary to test.

If still fails, google for how to do port forwarding for the specific model of your router

Better for you to check with TM. Last I check 60.x is a public ip.
