Anyone here plays a zDps monk? What's the best legendary gem to use ? Recently leveled up my 60monk and thought of doing a support monk (useful for higher level Grifts)

Zdps need ASI for fast spirit regen from Quickening so u can keep the spam Mantra on 100% +

80% CDR ....fuuuuhhh..can be done with legacy Kekagi Helm + legacy *forgot the name belt legacy belt which have CDR

I'm now at 63% and still have alot of room to increase the CDR.... Still missing Leoric Helm and vigilante belt... Rings still need to get 8% CDR

Ancient items seem interesting. I hope they don't limit it specific item coz my Sunwuko Paw is my best gear... though i never gonna replace it anymore...

2P: Casting Cyclone Strike, Exploding Palm, Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush or Wave of Light causes a decoy to spawn that taunts nearby enemies and then explodes for 1000% weapon damage.
4P: Enemies hit by the decoy explosion take 500% from your Cyclone Strike, Exploding Palm, Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush or Wave of Light abilities for 3 seconds.


Look like nerf to me...

guys, what will give me a higher DPS?
a boost in the elemental damage or crit chance?

monk loses its dmg again.
but no more 75 spirit needed.. hmm.. inna 3 set + sunwuko 3 set.. meaning can let go the 2 spirit re-gen passive skill.. can spam cyclone strike like mad.. hmm.. got good and bad..

nerf that 20% combat staff makes the 2 hand item useless already. time to look for 1 hand item again. hmm..

4p bonus mean, your CS, Palm, TR and Bell will be 5 times more powerful! It looks good but in reality those skill required animation and most likely you can only cast them 2 times in a second. Personally, I think a well genwuko build can deal more damage than that since there is no animation in casting SW and Mantra which can protect you at the same time.

This post give you idea on how to calculate those. In my case, 20% elemental damage is slightly better than 10% cc. Moreover, in genwuko build (and mirinae) all my damage are from holy.
