the thing is my missus, who doesn't even know what a transformer is before the first movie, finds AOE terrible.
and I have to agree with her, first time in a looooong time that i couldn't wait for the credits to start rolling - being a corporate event/show made it worse - cannot leave halfway.

to be honest, I don't quite mind most of the Bay robots, but this movie is just lame and disjointed.

well, i'm not even saying that he ruined anything. transformers wasn't quite my cup of tea back then so unlike most of you I've not much attachment to OP and his motley crew.

i'm just of the opinion that, as a movie in its own right, i feel that AOE is terrible. If it any sort of yardstick, I kinda liked the first Bay TF :
