Tried putting these on not long ago, I can say that the pressure to your ears is just right. won't likely to cause any pain that easy 

Tested this on a few hours at one time listening to every track in my phone, no pain but if you're not in an air conditioned room just move it a little time to time as the middle part of my ears got warm
