Concrete roofing leaking ? Bathroom upstairs leaking down through the ceiling of ground floor ? Concrete wall cracks ? Finding ways to solve your problems ??

LOOK NO MORE !! HERE WE ARE TO ASSIST YOU !!!

Due to the increased price of materials in constructions, quality of houses that are purchased tend to create problems such as cracks on concrete, water leakage & failure on eletrical/plumbing etc. Concrete often cracks. It is inevitably recognized and experienced. Concrete construction requires construction joints and cold joints. All of these unwanted openings in concrete structures may cause very serious problems of water leakage.

Many homeowners with poured-in-place concrete foundations will find cracks in their basement,toilets/baths walls & roofing slab on closer inspection . Cracks are created by drying shrinkage, thermal movement, and other causes.
If minor, they will cause no immediate problems. But over time, minor cracks often grow larger and cause major headaches, including reduced structural integrity or water leakage.

By sealing smaller cracks itself, the homeowner can save hundreds and even thousands of ringgits. Even if a crack is not leaking now, eventually water might find a way through it. We supply polyurethane foams injection for all types of foundation crack repairs. Crack injection has been performed for many years. In many cases, crack injection will fix the problem.

Cracks on toilets/bath walls & roofing slab will cause major headaches to solve. For example, for toilets/baths, tiles/mosaic need to be hacked & cleaned, before applying new layer of flexible acrylic polymer cementitious waterproofing coating. Then, ponding test need to be carry on to check on leakage & tiles laying follows. These procedures will take precious hours or time, and costing thousands of ringgits.

So, how can we help you solve your problems with a minimal cost which save more than half of the costs using normal repairs, and only takes a day time ? Polyurethane (PU) foams injection system is your solution!!

How does PU foams injection system works ??

Firstly, we drills holes into one side of the cracks and on an angle so when the hole crosses through the cracks it does so in the centre of the wall. In order to inject the into the crack, it is necessary to install injection ports, also called mechanical packers. The depth of the drill hole intersecting the crack should be somewhere close to the center of structure, if possible.

Once packers are tighten, polyurethane foams will be mixed in a high pressure polyurethane foams injection pump, then polyurethane foams will be injected through the packers into the walls. Polyurethane foams will infill the cracks and pushes any existing waters in the cracks out. Once polyurethane foams infill the cracks, you can see it overflow out from the cracks. Polyurethane foams will dry in seconds. Leave it for an hour, before further inspection and leakage check will be done.

Advantages :
- Negative side application possible
- Deep penetration into very small cracks
- Foam increases in volume to fill cavities and voids
- Adjustable gel times
- Excellent bond to wet surfaces
- Underwater injection approved
- Good adhesive strength, tolerant of movement Inert after curing, constant volume, no shrinkage
- Does not create new cracks
- Non-toxic.

I've seen this on a few basement parking at putrajaya quarters. those maintenance doing this (digging holes) but now got dripping water ( white water marks on car roof) and become stalagmite. color of PU was exactly like yours... its just my observations only... maybe yours was differ.. smile.gif

Yup...but there is so many different types of material n reliability n strength...but most importantly the workmanship and catching the right point...leakage can be due to many factors n not waterproofing alone..but bare in mind..all waterproofing failure is due to concrete failure...if concrete crack or full with honeycombs...waterproofing will have the elasticity of max 0.2mm only...so if cracks are bigger than that...there's where the failure happens. ..and PU injection is the most economical n timesaving method to solve the problem....there is no "guarantee" thing in construction. ..

Hi jeffbbboyz,
how much is the cost per point of injection?
