Ignore Everton and bet on our own ability. Liverpool can do the job without Everton's help.

It's inconceivable to believe that Everton would throw the game given what's at stake. The club may be rivals but there has always been a healthy respect especially since Hillsborough. Merseyside was united again after the Rhys Jones murder. The payout for qualification and progression in the Champions League is substantial and certainly massive for a club like Everton who have always been working on a tight budget. Imagine how much stronger they'd be next season with a couple of quality acquisitions. The last time they were this close, they were eliminated in the qualifying rounds and I do not think they'll let this opportunity slip. So yes, Everton will be going all out to do us a "favour", no doubt.

Agree with whitesabre.....we must rely on our own ability and not rely on others to do our job....

Better be true championsz with effort rather than a freeloading of others downfall I say.....

Yup mentioned that previously. Anyway I'm all for our winning streak to continue.

we just need to win all remaining 3 games - obviously easier said than done.

Palace are on form and chelsea is well... strong...

And newcastle aint no pushover.

I feel for Moyes man.

What a sad sad end.

Especially Everton being where they are.

Ryan Giggs may take the position as player/manager. Which he will continue on until 2024 and he will retire as a player 2 years after that.

It was kinda obvious when they suspended betting. Hahaha. The moment Guardian news flash popped up on my phone I knew Moyes was a dead man already.
