Except US, Australia, Japan, Madagascar, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia and some African countries... The rest all voted for PRC to replace Republic of china (Taiwan). 42 years after the resolution, 22 countries recognise Taiwan as a sovereign state compared to 172 for PRC.
