For whom may concern- we did not reply on this thread as we believe the proof on a signature has more then enough and as always , yet we choose not to reply openly does not mean we are run away ,guilty or else,we had a lot of different staff to handle as everyday a lot of people contact us for different inquiry and request, we are not prefect  (we are short man power )  and for  any of doubt and curious we had choose to communicate with buyer in pm and other possible contact way to ease the case as soon with better way, rather then waste the time to keyboard fighting here.
we even invite buyer to come our place or call us directly in any urgent matter in case we did not able online in forum 24 hour


PS:
- To mod or Staff of forum lowyat - for any complain that we aware , ( yet , this whomever open this thread , no one pm, sign  tag or contact us ?) , we had pm mod , and buyer to explain the situation to further solution and yet your side ignore it and Judge us as disputed because of we did not reply openly-  we do respect yourside decision as this may as part of your forum rules and regulation.
