To All PC Depot Staff:
Working is not an easy things, especially in the on-going-expanding company like PC DEPOT.
During this busy period(openning for our 2 new branch, I see a lot of things change.
I see some staff with the below "features": (not express in proper language)
No sense of responsibility,
1.Those leader that can disappear from job with all kinds of excuses when the situation need them,
2.Do some little work and always say "Letih"
3.Leaving working place / go home without finish the job,
4.No sense of urgency,
5.Day dreamer, poor performer,
6.Always make mistake after 7pm,
7.Have hundreds of excuses when company need to work overtime, like wife or girlfriend not allowed and all kinds of problem or what so ever.
8.Not able to take instruction from superior,
9.Those who "Kira" so much, this cannot that cannot, etc,
10.Not able to accept the order when superior request to work, transfer department or work place re-allocation.
And for those who cannot follow company's general rules
For staff that has the above mentioned "features", I would like to advice you to change your attitude if you want to continue work here. Otherwise, you are not fit to be in this organization. you can go anytime if you wish for that, we won't stop you, it is easy to recruit employee.I have the sample of resignation letter is ready in the website for download
Is not hard to find job in computer line, but only strong ,confident,and good people will continue stay in this company.

this is what my friend forward to me.i personally feel funny from world super duper confident pcdepot boss
then i desided to post there.hope ypu all enjoy their boss article.i only can say this boss got low EQ.sooner o later their will less human resorce.people come people go.
