Why you see me here? I find less hypocrite fans here compared to two other threads of you know who. Soft spot for Chelsea because my cousin is a fan. He loved Zola. Always fun talking football with him and I love discussing football with rival fans as well as long as we can do it rationally.
well..you see me at your thread too..hahaha if you guys talked about something interesting..
I read that you guys talked about Director of Football..I used to hate the idea of DoF but Mr. Emenalo really change my mind about this..he is the current Technical Director/Director of Football of Chelsea..former Cheif Scout and a few other positions.
He is the person responsible for our's signing since Ramires..all of them except Torres, because this transfer was handled by Roman's most trusted right hand woman..Marina Granovskaia.
the idea of DoF must be clear..Emenalo responsible for scouting, targeting and bring in the players with the final say in the hand of the managers. Mourinho before this cant work with DoF..but now..he is different..that is why we are so swift in transfer window plus stockpiling talents around Europe.

So far, I like what he did for the club. At first, it was a big doubt, but he turn out good. Before him, it was Peter Kenyon right?
Oh ya, Frank Arnesan, always try to promote youngster. Bought few youngsters also when he at Hamburg.
yap quite a fighter Arnesan..kept on pushing youngster to the first team.
true..he bring quite a numbers of prospect to Hambung..one of them is Gokhan Tore..the players that was shot at the Nightclub recently. I hope he will be alright.

"I can understand the purists want to see attacking football and goals going in, there's nothing better than watching that, a 0-0 can be a bit boring sometimes, but as a team we want to get through to the final. Defending is a massive part of the game, and it's underestimated" - mark schwarzer -
