I started with a poker 2. imho, if you are just going to buy a good keyboard and settle down, or maybe a few keysets later, filco would be the best choice.
But you are planning to dive deeper, I would recommend you to start off with a acrylic custom board.
some china pcb + acrylic + switches + assemble would cost around 500rm.
later add another 100 to 400rm for keycaps depending on what you are looking for.
100 or 200 more expensive than a filco board, but you get to the whole custom experience.
