The rattling issues can be fixed easily by applying lube like superlube.
do not ever use vaseline as it is petroleum base. It is meant for skin, not for plastic. Not because it is dangerous, but it will dry very fast doh.gif

that pcb is using ps2avru basically support both usb and ps2
not all board supports direct ps2.

for example i have tried mini usb - ps2 cable on kmac2 it does not work at all.
