Hey dudes,

You know where some cards, it can be any cards, invitation card, wedding card, birthday card. Do you notice that some cards they have this pattern, any pattern, i.e. leaves pattern onto the card. I think they must've used a pattern/shape object to do that effect.

Like a piece of card board, using a key as an example, place the key on the paper, press with hard pressure, then it will have the kind of effect. (Using a key won't work of course).

Can this thing be bought? tongue.gif

That are call preassure stamped. Quite expensive though. You need to print alot to get the economies of scales. Well you can always try to make your own paper to get the effect. When pressing the pulp to the seive while letting it dry just place a dry leave there. you will get the pattern of the leave when its dry. biggrin.gif

I remember Coffee Bean stamper is the leaf icon, maybe when I go coffee bean to drink, tell the person, borrow me a while, need to stamp abit for my assignments. laugh.gif doh.gif , no of course not! cool.gif

you can DIY it yourself if you only need one or two piece.
we did that in our art class.

we calls them 'embossed' .
