porblem with my D3 account, starter edition to standard edition

Hi Im still noob in D3..can someone help me with my account management..I had try key in my D3 key many times to let my game change to standard edition but still fail. I had try reset my account few time but still fail.I need to install my RoS it wont detest al long my d3 is still in started aditon,, Help me pls

You can't install D3: ROS Standard edition over D3 Starter Edition. You must have D3 Standard Edition first before you can install D3: ROS.

I had try reset my b.net password like what others had inform in this forum.  n even i had olso creat a new b.net account but still remain the same problem erm.. neway thank for ur help

Did you uninstall your copy of Diablo 3 in your computer? Some old data with regard to the starter edition may still be on your computer. It's not possible that even with a new bnet account, you still can't activate the D3 standard edition unless the serial key has been compromised.

But i was uninstall my D3 not from b.net account just from my control panel install/uninstall program..Is it give a different result?

Anyway just want to be sure: Do your have BOTH the D3 Standard Edition and D3:ROS Standard Edition?
Bnet account refers to your online account with Blizzard. It do not reside in your PC. If you have create a new bnet account with new ID and password, your old D3 starter edition shouldn't exist in your new bnet account.
When you key in the your serial number, key in exactly as shown including the "dash" (-) and in capital.
If still fail, you have to refer to Bnet customer support for help or there is a possibility that your serial key have been compromised.

What is bad is there are offline all the time....damm!! maybe i should try 1 more time to re install the game
