ABUS 64TI series padlocks have the NANO PROTECT™ shackle and the TITALIUM™ composition bodies which provide high security with low weight. The 64TI padlocks are operated by five pin tumbler lock cylinder with chromium plated plug face and a paracentric keyway which gives optimum picking resistance.

ABUS Flagship 80TI series padlocks are available with a 40, 45, or 50 mm width body and three shackle lengths. The steel shackle is plated with the NANO PROTECT™ (new sophisticated plating for extreme corrosion resistance) coating. Shackle diameter varies by body width. These heavier weight padlocks are operated by a six pin tumbler lock cylinder. The six-pin tumbler sized key, part number 10034 has a thick key blade.

80Ti series has better & more sophisticated security protection with higher strength as it operate by a 6 pin tumbler lock cylinder and weight much more solid as compared to 64TI series. The price for 80ti series are often higher than 64ti series. Thus, 80TI is recommended for commercial & personal applications. Both 64TI & 80TI padlocks are not rekeyable. Additional key duplication service is also available upon request.
