Thanks! posb and dbs for me it's the same.. you just need your malaysian IC to open an account... whatever amount is acceptable as deposit... you will be charged a month fee of $2 for atm withdrawal of more than 4 times in a month... and another $2 if you dont maintain a minimum of $1000 in your savings account at the end of the month... .. Getting Started Junior Member 115 posts Joined: Jun 2013	hi, Explanatory notes to form 4a & annex 4 Educational certificates (including all tertiary qualifications if applicable) - do i need to include my spm and pmr certs?? or is it okay to just submit cert of my highest education? coz ive lost my original spm cert... :'(... kindly advice dear forumers... Thanks in advance...
