QUOTE(twotwopig @ Jun 19 2014, 07:41 AM) You can google more for it but in summary, firms must give priority to Singaporeans before hiring foreign talent eg advertising for two weeks to get singaporeans before opening to foreing talent. I saw newspaper today, they will increase the levies again to protect Singaporeans and offer them the flexibilities working plan. Announced last year. QUOTE(robertchoo @ Jun 19 2014, 08:52 AM) I think not applicable for PR. |

This is what a gahmen should at least do for their citizen. Not suka suka "u tak competent tak dapat cari kerja, u keluar". I am all in support for the policy of SG gahmen doing for its citizen. How good if my own gahmen doing those for us then we won't have to leave our home. |

Hi all. Need helps and opinion......
I would like to ask about the levy of employment pass in Singapore. For network engineer, what is the levy the company has to pay if the salary is SGD2500 and SGD3000? Any formula to calculate/know exact or estimated figure ? I will be working in SG for 3-6 months only for on-job-training. After that i will be transferred back to KL to manage their KL office and client. Would it leave a bad record at SG government if i want to apply work permit again next time (with another company)? Thanks for comment Have a great day This post has been edited by jorakman: Jun 19 2014, 03:59 PM |

Hi all,
Has anyone successfully landed a job in Singapore? If yes, in what field are you? And how many years of experience do you have in your field? I'm in IT SAP Consultant. I've been sending applications but ended with even no call |
