How can I glamor my weapon ?? Is tht any risk to lost my weapon ?? I sca later my weapon lost , after glamoris tht the weapon will get stronger ? Or what use to glamor ur weapon ??

btw for guildhests i have a quest ask me to join a duty for guildhests name "More Than A Feeler" i just found out i don have this guildhests in my list , i check on ffxivdb there show is a 30 level duty , but how or where can i find the duty ??
