i cant find the chocobo quest ??

If im not mistake, the quest is at GC. u need to go gc for that

Grand company XD

follow up ur Main Quest up till lvl20 once u get the chance to choose ur GC (Grand Company).
at the GC they will give a side quest lvl20 which will give u ur chocobo. the quest is called "My Little Chocobo"
once u finish that quest, he will give u a chocobo whistle in ur inventory. just use it and there u have it, u very own Chocobo

hm ... later to9 i go hang out at grand company ...

if u server transfer... it will bring ur full character... so no worries there..
