all in all considered special.
okay Fishing , Botanist and Miner are Disciple of Land (DoL).
They gather materials to be used for Disciple of Hand(DoH) such as Carpenter, Weaver, Goldsmith, Blacksmith, Armorer, Alchemy, Leatherworker and Culinary.
So these DoH can craft items to be used.
Example Culinary is able to craft food to gain buff.
Alchemy is able to craft potions.
the others are able to craft weapons and armors.
the end gear crafts are good but end game dungeon gear is better.
but if u are unable to attain the end gear, u can craft them.
the good part of crafted gear is they have Materia slots.
u can try reading afew guides regarding this

if ur looking to do FATES... id suggest 2 spots which are full of ppl atm.
try going to Aleport and head north west in the SAHAGIN territory as ppl are doing Daily tribe quest FATES there.
the FATES there range between 40-50.

you can also try going to Camp Overlook in Outer La Noscea...
same here also ppl farming Daily Tribes FATES as well as ATMA farmers...
FATES range between 35-50 here...
so should be okay for you..

other than that u can try going in dungeons or grab some sidequest

later after maintainence u can check in game if u receive any kupo mail in game..
if it is there then no problem.
