I had been log on to Lowyat.net for quite some times. I found that, the forum provide much information needed by the public. For example, New products info, benchmarking, helps and solutions, garage sales, and etc. But, i think that not just enough for the member.

So i suggest lowyat.net also provide the live chat room for the members of lowyat.net

There are some reasons to have a live chat room in lowyat.net
1. Provide prompt feedback for those who need.
2. Increase the stickiness of the members in the webpage (increase visitor
frequent and stay longer time in the website).
3. Attract more advertisment activities.

I think LYN already got a chatroom for the members to chat.
