In mobile data is ok, only when connected to wifi.

I tried the same, but the problem still persist.

I've tried to disable icloud, disable auto updates apps, change the mail from push to fetch hourly, still seeing the wifi loading sign.

stress...

Try switch on Air Plane Mode for 30sec and switch off and connect to WiFi again

Or try holding down home button and sleep/awake button until it appear Apple Logo and release all button, it will restart automatically

I've done those steps, it works well for some days, then reappear again.

I noticed this issue end of last month, and I tried seeking solutions google and here, but did not found similar problem.

Until yesterday I done all troubleshoot I can, then I open thread today.
