at first i told everyone, we will move out find our own room(maybe) or house because of house too much problems
and then discussed with owner, he said he will fix it a.s.a.p
he willing to fix it, so, why not continue rent the same house?

i think i forgot to tell the most hated housemate bout we not moving again.
but i did leave him a message, because he seldom back to this house.
the message was---someone will move in to his room, asking him to pay to remaining rent untill new housemate move in. <--- a simplified version
in the message, i clearly put 'your room'. just 'your room'. not 'house'

and i thought he has the intelligence to understand that message and come ask me what i meant 'your room' and if i found any houses so on...
he saw the message, no ask me anything.
so i thought he understand.

these few days, i asked him if he received that message.
he said yes, and asked if i have found a new house to rent.

now how?
what to do?
what to do with the newcoming housemate?

You are too complicated. you rather write out all your concern here than to tell him directly. Weird.

Pandan sial. Just tell him directly instead of being a girl (no offense to the chickas tongue.gif) and skirting around the issue with vague e-statements.

This..even the simplified version is confusing.how to comprehend the non so simple version?
