Mate. You're barking up the wrong tree. The businesses you proposed can easily make RM200 per day. Minus cost and margin. 10% to 30% depending on what kind of business. But you have not factored in the fact that you might sell nothing or make nothing on certain days.

Take for example, your nasi lemak or your burger stall. You are looking at prepping 100 packs of nasi lemak or heating up your burger grill while waiting for your customer. If your sales is a meager 30% on that day, what becomes of your balance stock ? Your overhead cost ? The time and effort to go that spot on that day. You can argue "Find a good location la. Confirm make money !" But it doesn't work that way. Weather ? Nearby competition ? Licenses ? Enforcement disturbance ? Fall sick ? Car breakdown ? And don't forget, doing this kind of business requires a lot more effort than just "Go and sell". Cooking nasi lemak for 6AM sales requires you to wake up at least 4 hours beforehand to cook all the necessary dishes. Burger stall might be a little easier, but the hours are also shit.
