why forceware didnt allow me to clock more than that? even 564 cant too as i see the temp is still low ( default 43) can someone help n guide me?7300gt ddr2 oc, the best OC level...!!

i have clocked my biostar 73GT ddr3 to 490/562

higher volt on the core..dat thing im not really sure.. but mine is 2.0ns ..ppl said cant oc too much
