PW3 maybe 600K++ can get. GoodView 2 (2/1) storey you can't get some more sold out already.

i think corer house bit hard to get it.

At Tropicana Heights. not difficult if u can qualify for the Bank Loam cos there is really more than a handful of corner units available.

First time I see, new launch got so many corner lots still available. My coliq did ask the Developer how come so many left, the answer was

"For most Development, the Developer normally reserve for their VIP Customers or people buy to turn into Kindergarten"

Our CEO don't believe in reserving for VIP Customers, its First Come First Serve and we tell customers that we do not want out Residential Units to be turned into Kindergarten cos we will build our own Kindergarten but it will not be in the Residential area".

How true don't know cos I don't follow Tropicana projects.

this case is depend on purchase. Who's know later onwer will rent to Kindergarden later.

SHL never change since their first brick red house double storey design....they stick to it for so freaking long. hao residence location is so good but yet the semi-d n bungalow design is so old and it actually feels like a double storey. The bungalow ceiling heights - OMG, feels like being crushed.....

not too sure about palm walk coz i nver been there but judging on Hao residence i doubt Goodview will spring any surprises....

Yes, their Semi-D design seems very small. Also 35 (or 36 feet only) is rather narrow as the land beside the house is only 5 feet. Not big enough for your kids to really cycle and run around.

Their 3-storey corner units would be a better buy but all sold out already.

15 x 55 is really small, if stay with spouse and 1 children still ok,
how much is GV now by the way ? and how big is cheras idaman 2 and its build up area?

Cheras Idaman 2 leasehold. Quite spacious. Abt 1,700 to 2,000 sq ft

You can also check out at Kajang 2, few semi d left, 1.38m and comes with 10% discount during the carnival period. 40x80 and freehold

Good view phase two coming out soon but nolonger 988k ++
its 1 mil soon. if i am not wrong about 108 mill ++

luckily SHL didnt build those two steps living and dining hall.
Else it would be their trade mark besides the red bricks.

Btw their semi D after compare with the goodview it is still a good buy.
