anyone tried to use the new Notepal X1? Its design its in X shaped, i found it ok so far, been using it for month now, no complains, btw is cheaper then the Zalman and the Infinite, way much lower.

anyone try to open CM infinite n clean it? how to open it?

the fan speed and dimension is diff with infinite.

for CM notepal infinite, ther are 2 port right, one for normal usb, one for mini.

the fan spin when it use the mini usb, and the fan also spin when I use the normal usb without mini.

now, if i plug two usb at the same time, will the voltage increase and the fan spin more faster?

I think that you will end-up by frying one or both USB ports...!

What's the difference between infinite 4usb and 1usb apart from the usb ports?

Is the usb port. Nothing but that. Same speed and design, oh, the colour. One is silver one is black. Correct me if im wrong.

Just bought my Zalman NC2000, use it for 1 day, still not sure how to measure the performance

Anyway the material is good, put my lappy on it for long time then try touch the surface, it still feeling cold.

NC 1000 is smaller, for 15.4" note book and below, NC 2000 support up to 20" notebook, included wide screen one lor. (yeah it's HUGE)

Anyway I bought it at SGD 110.

I plan to have one nice laptop cooler for my hot lappy CQ40-133AX, anyone can suggest?

Since it's a 14.1" screen, a Zalman NC 1000 or CoolerMaster Notepal W1/ X1 will do a good job for it.

I just bought Zalman NC 2000 for my Dell Studio lappy,
The result not bad as well, when use high speed fan mode will get lower down around 10 degree.
For 15.4 wide screen laptop i recommander get a 17 inch cooler.

The Cooler Master Notepal Infinite is a good one there is even a version of the Infinite which has added on USB ports.

read a lot positive feedbacks regarding CM infinite, ending up bought one home, but to my suprise fan spin (at highest speed) seems weak and hardly feel the air-flow frm the pad surface.... is that normal as u guys' unit? or cud b mine having a defect unit??

anyone using vantec lapcool pro? i heard verdict is nice but the fan sound abit loud. I wanna know how loud it is
