Sorry, is that muxed or muxless? Did it dynamically switch between both GPUs or you need to manually switch them thru Catalyst CC?
*
it is manual switching through catalyst control center. what is muxed/muxless?

Toughluck, muxed/manual switching is known to have problem with brightness control when you're using discrete gpu.

Your best bet is to use Leshcat's UniFl Brightness Resolver but create a system restore point before using just in case and make sure you read the manual >9000 times. sweat.gif

You can download it here.

tried Leshcat unifi driver quite some time ago but unable to get it installed correctly, pretty much give up on it

just now playing diablo 3, laptop auto shut down due to over heat....

well, guess i gonna switch back to my stock driver hmm.gif

Leshcat driver is not necessary, you can try LeekM driver and then use UniFL Brightness Resolver.. or simply use it with your current driver.

thanks for the information, didn't try leekm driver before, will try to install leekm driver this weekend.
