Actually, IMHO, if cash is enough and can still find this super bargain price, should consider getting Pentas subsale than Tari. Completed house, larger built up, larger land size and ready to move it.

However, there's also advantage to buy from developer:
- new house
- lower entry cost
- enough period to save more money
- 1st hand direct owner liaise directly with developer
- able to enjoy the privilege as direct buyer from I&P.

From the photos above, it seems like Tari 3 foundation is started. The construction work is still on going on Sunday. They work 7 days a week.

No sure which one.. We just give a name as Tari 3. 

PropertyN00b taikor, I tak tahu lah... Tari 2 is yellow in colour, but I dunno the purple colour one is batch 2 or Tari 3. Do you mind to share if u know anything about it?
