If I am not mistaken, this ain't the raw selvedge version.

That should be more expensive. But 49 sounds cheap for a jeans. I'd say go for it.

Yeap, it used to be popular.

But meh, the shipping is kinda hit and miss sometimes.

I prefer to shop at more reliable website ever since biggrin.gif

for rw 875 there are D and EE sizing. means that rw offer a width sizing too. if u said u wear size 8UK then most of the advise are to size down to half or 1 size down.

i dont have any experience on both of the boots u mention but i have an iron ranger and i did size down to a full size from 9UK to 8UK D and it fits just nicely. but then again i myself went to the redwing shop at pertama complex and tried it for myself and that size fits me perfectly till now.

so either u want to take a risk of listening to my advise or head out to red wing shop now located at avenue K or sole what shop to try and test fit urself is up to u. Personally if u wanna make a good investment for a long lasting and long comfort wearing of rw boots, i advise u to do the later.

The width wil definitely goin for D. Just like my bro who owned 1907, he also recommend me to size down half or one size.. ask him to buy for me lol..

Btw, do you have any experience with the charcoal leather after several use? Cant find enough pic of the worn boot..

The 875 model is lame but i love its seasonic texture..sadly cant afford to buy both

Well, if you put it that way laugh.gif

I was referring to the average pricing of the jeans. If it's usually around 600, I'd wait for another price drop.

If it's usually retailed much higher, I click checkout now lor biggrin.gif

like i said, i only have an iron ranger and unfortunately its an oil-tan leather. but looking at the pics i would say its pretty soft and easy to break in leather. as for worn out charcoal leather i also couldnt seems to find it anywhere thou i would say probably u'll wear the sole 1st before damaging the leather. however i did find a youtube video but its for the iron ranger charcoal leather. u can see it for urself.

Thanks boss. Looks like a good deal indeed.

But for almost the same price, I could get a pair of A.P.C. petit New Standards or a pair of Burberry Denim.

I think Burberry's denim is overpriced for its brand so I'm inclined to get my first A.P.C. since Naked & Famous have many price cuts around the year.

Massdrop is a good place to get such things, eh? biggrin.gif

I highlight since you are getting a N&F at a weird guy cutting but lower weight. Only down is the leather patch is making it dodgy.

I have been regular with MD for their made in US leather stuff, ie wallet, shell cordovan watch straps, harness/bridle leather belt. Really quality stuff that hard to get by here, closest maybe in Japan.

As for jeans and shoes, I am a bit hesitated cuz i cant try it.

Ah. I agreed that good stuffs are hard to come here.

Japan has some of the finest Raw Denim jeans I encountered. My experience with a pair of Samurai is pretty lovely.

As for jeans and shoes, I usually buy what I refer to as a "Reference" pair.

Once I get the reference pair right, I will usually default to that measurements for future buys.

Luckily, I don't get fat or grow much anymore tongue.gif

Shoes, it's usually hit and miss but so far, experience was pleasant.

the bolded one... yeah... freaking easily to tear of.

my N&F weird guy patch torned after just a couple of wears. and i seldom wear it to be honest. now its dangling and if i wear a couple more it'll be completely severed from the jeans.

thou i like the cut of weird guy, the leg opening is far more narrower than my nudie grimm tim (if im not mistaken)
